This week I've read Outlander , I am a huge Fan of The series and finally decided to read the book.

Plot:

Claire Randall, is living her second Honeymoon in Scottland 1946 with her man Frank. But suddenly she walks through a stone on a ritual place and gets send back into the 18th Century , where she meets the highland Warrior Jamie. 

Characters:

The Main character is Claire Beauchamp/Fraser/Randall she is a Second World War nurse. Claire is really down to Earth, she tries to keep calm as much as she can. But with Jamie she quickly loses her temper.

Jamie Fraser, is a warrior in the scotish Highlands. He is The nephew of the Mckenzie leader. Jamie has an older sister. Jamie got caught by the english army and tortured in their camp. He is good with horses. 

Jack Randall, is The leader of the english troops in Scottland. He tries to hurt Jamie as much as possible. 

Frank Randall, Jack is his ancestor. He is Claires husband and has worked for the secret Service, during the War

Fazit:  9/10

I absolutely loved it and really know what the Hype is all about. The text is fluently and amazing all the way through. But what caught me offguard was the lengh, 800 pages made it really hard to read all the way through. So I absolutely going to read the others
